At the end of December 2009, Mr. Jan Skvaril, Managing Director of Avendi, took part in the forum “Career in Bulgaria. Why not?”. Mr. Skvaril has more than 10 years international managing experience, 6 of them in his mother country Czech Republic and 4 in the Bulgarian branch of the consulting company Deloitte. Since autumn of 2009 he has been managing Avendi - the most successfully developing company for marketing and distribution of fast moving consumer goods, one of the best employers in the country for the last 4 years.

The idea of the forum was to meet young and qualified Bulgarians with international education and experience with leading Bulgarian companies. The organizers aimed presenting to the young specialists the topical career opportunities in Bulgaria. The participating students visited the stands of the leading Bulgarian and international companies operating in our country and took part in the hot topics of the seminar panel.

Mr. Skvaril was amongst the renowned managers who shared the secrets of his success path, explaining why young people should explore the realization opportunities in Bulgaria, what the economic situation at the moment is, how business face it, what the steps for successful career are.
