The annual Best Employers Study for Central and Eastern Europe of Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company, surveyed nearly 123,000 employees and 2,700 senior leaders across the region.

Avendi is taking the fifth place in medium scale company category. In the same category the third place is for Shell Bulgaria. Among the top three in large scale company category is McDonald’s Bulgaria and the Representative Office of Astra Zeneca UK Ltd. Bulgaria is occupying the forth place among small companies.

Avendi is participating in the Best Employers Study for third consecutive time. The company is traditionally amongst the top employers in Bulgaria and those in Central and Eastern Europe. The ranking is based on analysis of employees’ opinion, leadership team survey and HR audit questionnaire.
