Jan Skvaril is the new Managing Director of Avendi, the leading company for marketing and distribution of fast moving consumer goods and best employer in the country for 2008.
 
The name of Mr. Skvaril is well known to the corporate world from his previous position - Director Management Consulting at Deloitte Bulgaria. His new assignment by joining the team of Avendi is a consecutive step in the realization of the long-term vision of VM Finance Group, the holding group - owner of Avendi, to progress from a successful Bulgarian company to an affluent European corporation.

Jan Skvaril has 13 years of professional experience, 10 of which for the consulting company Deloitte. Before heading the Management Consulting Department in Sofia, in June 2005, he has worked for Deloitte’s headquarters in Czech Republic.
Jan Skvaril has helped a variety of companies to increase their revenue and improve profitability. He has successfully implemented projects focused on business planning, organizational design, good corporate governance, corporate performance management, cost management, business process reengineering, HR management, IT selection and implementation. He has managed numerous projects for leading companies in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania, working in different sectors – energy, FMCG, media, financial services.

Jan Skvaril holds a Master´s Degree in International Trade and Finance from the University of Economics in Prague. He is Czech nationality, fluent in Bulgarian and English.
