Avendi is traditionally awarded as “Best Employers” in the category large scale companies during the annual survey of Hewitt Associates for 2009. This year the company ranks third place in the study of the employees’ engagement.

Results show that for 2009 Avendi keeps the best positions among all participating companies, regarding employees’ opinion of their managers and colleagues, company reputation and work-life balance. The company registers value of 92 % of the index for Sharing people management vision – one of the highest in Bulgaria.

“During 2010 our team will do their best to top the Best Employer survey as in 2008, a place where Avendi belongs, working for longterm and sustainable business development – a goal, which might be achieved only with the most motivated team on the market”, commented Mr. Jan Skvaril, Managing Director of Avendi.

“Best Employers“ survey is organized for forth consecutive year in Bulgaria by the international company Hewitt Associates and its strategic partner in the country Monday Insight, using its own patent methodology, including gathering and analysis of information, survey with employees and managers of the participating companies. 91 companies took part in Hewitt Associates’ survey 2009, over 13,176 employees and 353 senior managers. The top 5 ranking in large scale companies category is - first place for McDonalds Bulgaria, followed by Shell Bulgaria, Avendi, Municipal Bank and Schneider Electric Bulgaria.
