AVENDI receives a high international recognition – 2nd place in the Best Employers Research for Central and Eastern Europe 2008/2009, large scale company category

АVENDI received a high international recognition – 2nd place in the Best Employers research for Central and Eastern Europe 2008/2009, large scale company category, amongst over 700 companies from 11 countries participating in the survey during the period March 2008 – April 2009. The study, conducted by the international HR consulting company Hewitt Associates and sponsored by the Wall Street Journal Europe, is lead by Ceva Logistics Turkey, in large scale company category and Ritz Carlton Turkey in small and medium enterprises. In the Top 15 of CEE region there is another company from Bulgaria – McDonald’s Bulgaria, 11th place amongst the big businesses.
The award is assigned after completion and analysis of employees’ engagement survey and the rating is based on employees’ opinion about the working environment, performance appraisal, job development opportunities and the correlation between many factors, including company reputation and corporate responsibility to the employees. In 2008 Avendi was recognized as the Best Employer in Bulgaria and in 2007 and 2006 took respectively 3rd and 4th place in SMEs category.
